八字是什麼？What is BaZi?

把你的出生年、月、日、時換算成八個字（四柱干支）——像一張出生那一刻的能量地圖，記錄了五行在你身上的分布。BaZi ("eight characters") converts your birth year, month, day and hour into four pillars — an energy map of the moment you were born, recording how the five elements are distributed in you.

什麼是八字？什麼是五行？What are BaZi and the five elements?
「八字」是把你的出生年、月、日、時換算成八個字（四柱干支），像一張出生時刻的能量地圖；「五行」是金、木、水、火、土五種能量，彼此相生相剋。我們從你的八字讀出五行的強弱與缺失，再選出能補足它的水晶。BaZi ("eight characters") is a Chinese system that converts your birth year, month, day and hour into four pillars — an energy map of the moment you were born. The five elements (Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth) generate and balance one another; we read which elements your chart lacks, then match crystals that carry them.
你們是用 AI 算命嗎？Is this AI fortune-telling?
不是。排盤與選石都不是 AI——四柱八字依節氣規則精算、水晶依五行邏輯選配，同一個生辰算幾次結果都一樣、可以驗證。AI 只協助把算好的命盤寫成溫暖易讀的解讀文字，不參與排盤與選石。No. The casting and stone selection are not AI — your Four Pillars are computed by traditional solar-term rules and crystals are chosen by five-element logic, so the same birth data always gives the same verifiable result. AI only helps write the finished chart into a warm, readable interpretation; it plays no part in the calculation or selection.

可以。回答「不知道」即可，時柱以中午估算，其餘八字照常精算。Yes — answer "unknown". The hour pillar is estimated at noon; the rest is still precise.
手圍怎麼量？How do I measure my wrist?
用軟尺繞手腕最細處一圈的公分數；沒有軟尺，可拿繩子或紙條繞一圈做記號再對尺量。Wrap a soft tape around the narrowest part; or use a string, mark it, and measure against a ruler.
多久製作與寄出？How long until it ships?
下訂後手工製作，約 5–7 個工作天內寄出，並以 Email 通知進度。Handcrafted and shipped within ~5–7 business days, with email updates.
水晶是真的嗎？Are the crystals genuine?
是天然水晶。你在流程中看到的是設計示意圖，實際商品為天然水晶原石珠，依你的配珠清單在台灣手工逐顆串製，色澤與紋理會有天然差異——那正是天然石的特徵。Yes. What you see during the flow is a design rendering; the piece itself is made of natural crystal beads, hand-strung in Taiwan to your bead recipe.
